These Terms govern your purchase and use of eSIM data plans from Arrigo ("we", "us"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS], [COUNTRY]. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Arrigo resells prepaid, data-only eSIM plans supplied by third-party network partners. Each plan has a data allowance, a validity period and a coverage area shown on the plan page at the time of purchase. Plans do not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS unless stated.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must confirm before purchase that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
- You are responsible for installing the eSIM correctly and keeping the QR code and activation codes private. Anyone with them can install the eSIM.
- An eSIM can usually be installed only once. Deleting it from your device may make it unusable.
- You will use the service lawfully and not for spam, fraud, network abuse or resale.
3. Ordering and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include all fees we charge; your bank may add foreign-exchange fees. Payment is processed by Stripe. A contract is formed when payment succeeds. We deliver the eSIM by email and on your order page, normally within minutes.
4. Validity and activation
A plan's validity starts either at installation or at first connection to a supported network, as stated on the plan page. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period. Unactivated plans must be activated within the period indicated by our network partner (typically 180 days).
5. Coverage and performance
Network coverage, speed and availability depend on local operators and conditions outside our control. Fair-use speed limits may apply after a full-speed allowance where indicated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed travel, roaming charges from other providers, or lost business. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Suspension
We or our network partners may suspend a plan in case of suspected fraud, abuse or a legal requirement.
9. Changes and law
We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to it. These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
